Continuous Open Bidding (COB) is an opportunity outside of Primary Recruitment for Panhellenic chapters who are not at total numbers to recruit and extend bids to PNMs. This process is less formal and allows new members to become more familar with individual chapters. Furthermore, not all chapters will participate in COB. Chapters will either contact the PNM individually or host COB events to allow PNM's to attend.
