Involvement: During the 2020/2021 school year, Alpha Gamma Delta participated in multiple philanthropy weeks with both CPC and IFC originations. During our own philanthropy week and with the help of tabling events/our virtual week of giving we raised over 2,000 dollars to help support the Alpha Gamma Foundation with fighting hunger. Many sisters are involved in other campus originations outside of sorority life like Order of Omega, Out of the Darkness at WCU, and club tennis to name a few. In the Alpha Gam purpose the following line is something we value pertaining to being active members of our community, “to welcome the opportunity of contributing to the worlds work in the community where I am placed because of the joy of service thereby bestowed and the talent of leadership multiplied.”
